Accomodation
Accomodation is provided with registration.
It is arranged in two different locations—the Hotel Schwarzsee and the Schwarzsee campus—both offering rooms with a capacity of 4 people.
Due to the limited number of rooms, it is unfortunately not possible to accommodate you in a private room
Therefore, when registering, please indicate with whom you would like to share your room.
Please do not contact Hotel Schwarzsee directly to arrange your own accommodation; thank you for your understanding.
If you cannot or do not wish to share your room, we recommend finding other accommodation nearby (see the "Tourist Office" section below).
If you wish to arrange your own accommodation at a location other than those offered by the organizers, please register for the "3 nights on campus" accommodation option, pay the corresponding fee, and note in the registration form comments that you do not wish to reserve a bed. This registration (without accommodation) includes the Puja and meals on campus.
On-campus accommodation: sheets and blankets will be provided.
Please note that lighting candles in hotel rooms and on the campus is strictly prohibited!

Driving in Switzerland: Tips and key points
- Motorway vignette: CHF 40 - mandatory for applicable motorways and semi-motorways. E-vignette recommended.
- Speed cameras: They are numerous and enforcement is strict; strictly observe the posted speed limits.
- Tires: Winter tires are strongly recommended for winter or mountain driving conditions.

As Schwarzsee is located in the countryside, there are no florists nearby…
Consequently, we offer country representatives attending the Puja the option to pre-order a bouquet of flowers to present to Shri Mataji on behalf of their country at the end of the Puja.
Note: Only one bouquet per country is available, at a fixed price of CHF 70.00.
We therefore ask participants and country representatives to coordinate with one another before placing an order.

Meal arrangements
Meals are provided with registration.
Meals will be served from Friday, the 6th November (dinner) to Monday, the 9th November (breakfast).
Please note that all meals will be served on campus for everyone, with the exception of breakfast for those staying at the hotel (who will have breakfast at the hotel).
People with special food needs, allergies and any kind of food intolerances are advised to provide their food.

Mobile Phones and the Internet
Wi-Fi is available at the hotel and on the campus.
However, to avoid extra charges on your mobile phone plan during your stay in Switzerland, we recommend purchasing an eSIM (digital SIM card).

Minor Children
Parents are fully responsible for their children up to the age of 18.
Any minor must be under the formal care of a supervising adult.

Paid parking spaces are available along the lake and near the hotel and campus.

Transport
The best way to get to Schwarzsee is by car. Therefore, it is recommended to rent a car or carpool to get there.
However, a collective transport will be organized between Geneva Airport and Schwarzsee round trip.
